as we spent the ENTIRE day yesterday – like giant, lazy slugs – on the couch watching the Olympics; that Michael Phelps used more muscles celebrating their incredible win in the 4x100 meter relay than I have ever used in my entire body. . .

i found his story to be inspiring for many kids out there when i heard it while watching the olympics. this guy can swim!! i also enjoyed the story on the 33 year old woman who moved to germany to save her sons life. she is an amazing gymnast.angel
